【About the Product】 The Herb Garden is open year-round except for cable car maintenance days. However, if strong winds or inclement weather prevent access, the alternative attraction will be the Kobe Kitano Foreigners’ Street. Kobe Nunobiki Ropeway (at your own expense): Round-trip fare: Adults ¥2000/person, Children (6-14 years) ¥1000, Preschool children free. One-way fare (uphill): Adults ¥1400/person, Children (6-14 years) ¥700, Preschool children free.
ATOA Art Aquarium Special Pricing (August 29, 2025 – November 3, 2025): ¥2800/person (adults 19+), ¥2400/person (junior & senior high school students 13-18), ¥1600/person (elementary school students 6-12), Free for children 3-6 years old (limited to 1 child per adult; additional children ¥600 each). Regular Pricing (other times): ¥2600/person (13+ years), ¥1500/person (elementary school students 6-12), Free for children 3-6 years old (limited to 1 child per adult; additional children ¥500 each). Free for children under 3 years old.
Mosaic Big Ferris Wheel: Tickets ¥800/person, Free for children 0-2 years old.
If the Maya Mountain observation platform is inaccessible due to winter road closures or other route-related reasons, the alternative will be the night view from Mount Rokko. (At your own expense): Round trip: Adults ¥1550, Children ¥780 Rokko Garden Terrace (A fee of ¥500/person will be charged at the Rokko Garden Terrace during the “Kobe Rokko MEETS ART 2025 beyond” event, held from August 23, 2025 to November 30, 2025).
【About Tour Duration】 According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for Japanese drivers is 10 hours per day (including depot arrival and departure). The tour guide may adjust the itinerary sequence and duration of stay based on traffic and on-site conditions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
