Ticketing Terms & Conditions

• All attendees, regardless of age, must hold a valid ticket.
• This ticket(s) is non­transferable, non­refundable, non­exchangeable and void if altered.
• We will not entertain lost or damaged ticket(s).
• Each ticket is issued with a unique security QR code, which must be (i) exchanged for a wristband and (ii) scanned for venue admission.
• Please refrain from posting, sharing or publicising your e­ticket to prevent forgery.
• Shall there be a duplicate ticket, only the first admission will be recognised.
• Please present your ticket(s) to enter the venue. Each ticket admits one (1) individual only.
• Tickets are subject to availability on a first­come, first­served basis.
• The ticket is subject to booking fee and transaction fee.
• Once your transaction is completed and confirmed, no refunds or exchanges will be entertained.
• The organizer shall not be liable or responsible for any lost or stolen ticket.
• The resale of tickets at the same or higher value than the initial purchase price is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets that have not been purchased from KLOOK.
• Tickets purchased via Klook are the only valid entry tickets; tickets from unauthorized channels will not be accepted.
• Max six (6) tickets per transaction.
• Tickets are valid for one-time entry only.
• Tickets are non-cancellable & non-refundable.

Entry Requirements:

• Admission by valid e-ticket / QR code only.
• Security checks will be conducted at entry points.
• Large bags (bigger than 35cm x 20cm), outside food & beverages, professional cameras, selfie sticks, long umbrellas, laser pointers, sharp objects, hazardous items, noisemakers, balloons, large signs (bigger than A3), unofficial show merchandise, or light sticks are strictly prohibited.
• No pets allowed.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed (venue is a non-smoking compound).
• Re-entry is permitted with both a valid event wristband and the official venue stamp. Attendees must present both for verification upon re-entry. Without either one, re-entry will be denied.
• Re-entry is allowed for toilet or emergency purposes only. Please ensure you keep your ticket/QR code and wristband intact for verification at the gate.

Age Limitations:

• Admission is not permitted for children below 6 years of age.
• Children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who may cause risk to themselves or others.

Photography, Recording & Media:

• Professional photography, videography, or audio recording is strictly prohibited.
• Mobile phone usage for personal recording may be subject to restrictions as announced by the organizer.
• By entering the venue, you grant the organizer the right to photograph, film, and/or record you. Such content may be used for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes in any media, without further consent or compensation.
• Personal phone recording is allowed, but professional filming equipment is not permitted without approval.

Safety & Notifications:

• No weapon, explosive, toxic, flammable, narcotic, or other item that may cause a potential safety hazard or disturbance is allowed.
• The organizer reserves the right to carry out body and bag checks for security purposes upon entering the venue.
• Attendees are advised to stay hydrated and follow staff instructions at all times.
• Medical assistance and first-aid will be available on-site.
• Wearing a face mask during the event is advisable for your own health concern.
• If you are tested COVID positive, under quarantine, have had close contact with a COVID patient, or are displaying COVID symptoms, please refrain from attending the event.
• In case of emergency, please follow the venue’s evacuation procedures.
• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, or loss of property incurred during the event, except where directly caused by gross negligence of the organizer.

Event Policies & Cancellation:

• The organizer reserves the right to deny your entry if terms and conditions are not met.
• The organizer reserves the right to deny admission and cancel any tickets that breach the venue or ticketing T&C without any refund.
• The organizer reserves the right to revise the event time, venue layout, and audience capacity without prior notice.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, or if the venue or content is significantly changed, we will do our best to inform all users. However, it is the responsibility of the user to keep themselves updated with the event information.
• The organizer and ticketing agent would not be held liable for any expenses incurred in respect to travel, accommodation, or otherwise arising from cancellation or postponement of an event.
• In the event of extreme weather, natural disaster, or government restriction, the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event.
• The actual performance time is based on on-site situations.
• Organizer reserves the right to change the terms & conditions at any time.

Special Services & Useful Tips:

• Accessible seating and assistance available for attendees with disabilities (advance notice required).
• Official food & beverage stalls available at venue.

Voucher Redemption & Validation:

• Tickets purchased on Klook will be issued as e-vouchers with QR code.
• E-vouchers are valid only for the event date (1 November 2025).
• QR code must be scanned at the entrance for admission.
