【Ticket Notices】

• Family tickets are valid for 2 adults and 1 child under 18 years old.
• Child/student discount tickets are valid for minors under 18 years old.
• Children under 3 years of age can enter for free and must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket (relevant documents must be presented; if relevant documents are not brought, a ticket must be purchased separately; age is calculated based on the actual age on the day of admission).
• One person per ticket. Admission with a ticket, cannot be reused. When entering, you need to show the QR code of the electronic ticket for this event, and you can enter after the staff verifies that it is correct. Please confirm the status of your mobile phone in advance to avoid affecting your admission rights.
• This electronic ticket is regarded as a non-registered valuable security. The QR code for admission verification can only be used once. Once it is verified, it will be invalid. Please keep it safe.
• Each ticket can only be used once.
• For refund requests, please go to the original purchase channel. Late applications will not be accepted. For refunds and exchanges, please contact Klook customer service.

【Admission Notes】

• Please keep your personal belongings safe. The organizer does not provide storage services. Strollers and large luggage need to be placed outside the exhibition hall according to the instructions of the staff. The organizer is not responsible for personal property loss. Please take good care of your personal belongings and valuables.
• This exhibition prohibits full-time video and audio recording, and it is also prohibited to use flashlights, tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers. However, please respect the intellectual property rights of the organizer and the copyright of the works. Without prior permission, commercial photos or interviews may not be taken without permission.
• Please abide by the visiting routes, exhibition rules and instructions of the on-site staff. If there are a large number of people, please line up and wait in order.
• Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are prohibited in the exhibition hall.
• Please do not bring sharp, dangerous or fragile items into the venue.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please use the park facilities outside the exhibition hall before entering.
• It is forbidden to peddle or resell tickets on site at the exhibition hall; if there is any improper behavior that is ineffective after dissuasion, you must leave the venue immediately and you must not object, and the ticket fee will not be compensated or refunded.
• Pets are not allowed to land in the exhibition hall (except guide dogs), and long-handled umbrellas and all kinds of dangerous items and contraband are prohibited from entering.
• There are fixed-point staff in the exhibition hall to maintain order in the venue. If you find any suspicious persons or unknown objects, pick up lost items, or feel unwell, please immediately notify the nearby staff for assistance.
• This exhibition uses lighting and shadow interaction effects, and the light in the venue is dim. Please pay attention to your walking safety and do not run or chase.
• Photosensitive epilepsy warning: A very small percentage of people may suddenly experience epileptic symptoms when seeing certain images. Including dizziness, blurred vision, twitching of the eyes or face, convulsions of the hands and feet, disorientation, mental confusion, or temporary loss of consciousness. If you have any of the above symptoms, please stop watching the exhibition immediately and consult a doctor.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition opening hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official FB announcement. The organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.
