Pre-Departure Notice •Please ensure that the communication app you have reserved can be used to contact you during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. We will send the vehicle information and guide information for the next day’s trip to your email before 8:00 PM on the day before departure. Please check it (may be in the spam box). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you. •If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, you will be notified of the cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether to cancel before 18:00 local time on the day before departure and notify you by email. Seats and Vehicles •The itinerary is a group tour, and seat allocation follows the principle of first come, first served. If you have special needs, please note them, and we will try our best to arrange them, but the final arrangement is subject to the actual situation on site. •The type of vehicle used depends on the number of people, and the type of vehicle cannot be specified. When there are few people, a driver may be arranged to also serve as an attendant, and the explanation may be brief. •If you need to bring luggage, you must inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without authorization, the tour guide has the right to refuse you to board the vehicle and the fee will not be refunded. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the car. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustment and Safety •Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If the time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 yen/hour). •The itinerary is for reference only. Actual traffic, stay and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic jams, facility maintenance, etc. The tour guide may reasonably replace or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. •If cable cars, cruise ships and other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, you will visit other attractions or adjust the length of your stay. •If you are late, change the meeting place temporarily, or leave the group midway due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional expenses incurred after leaving the group. Season and Landscape •Seasonal limited activities such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate, and the flowering period and peak of autumn leaves may be advanced or delayed. Even if the expected landscape is not reached, the itinerary will still depart normally and no refunds will be given. •During peak travel periods on Japanese red days and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen or dinners for the same night, and to bring your own snacks and power banks. Other Notes •Please arrive at the meeting place on time. We will not wait for those who are late, and you cannot join the tour midway. •It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring your own warm clothing for winter or mountain trips. •The itinerary does not include personal travel and accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have certain risks. Travelers should carefully sign up based on their health conditions. •After the itinerary departs, if it is forced to be terminated due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will also have to bear the cost of returning or additional accommodation.
