Fantastic 5.0

This is my family’s first trip outside the country, and so far we have enjoyed it a lot. Especially my daughter — she is really having a great time and spends the whole day playing in the water without stopping. Even though the weather is hot, we don’t really feel it, maybe because there are a lot of trees surrounding the water park, which is great. We can even walk barefoot because the ground doesn’t feel hot. We ordered pineapple pizza, shakes, duck buns, ice cream, and a caffe latte — everything was delicious, but the best for us was the smoke burger. We ordered it three times but still feel like we want more. We just can’t get enough of it; it’s really delicious.

Thanks to booking in advance through Klook before visiting Waterbom Bali, we were able to enter quickly with a QR code without waiting in line at the venue, allowing us to spend a much more relaxed time with our family. The vibrant atmosphere unique to a water park, thrilling slides, and lush landscaping combined to make it a truly enjoyable experience for the whole family, regardless of age. It was the best choice during our Bali trip, and everyone in the family was extremely satisfied, so if you're planning a visit, I highly recommend booking in advance.

Highly recommended! There are several attractions with varying levels of speed, so everyone can find something to enjoy. The staff is super friendly, fun, and prepared to help you and answer any questions you may have. I ate at a restaurant inside the park with delicious Indonesian food! Inside, there are two swimming pools with a bar area and a relaxation zone equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. I had a fantastic day, pure relaxation and adrenaline!

We visit Waterbom Bali every year, and this year we booked through Klook as well. However, since July is peak season, Waterbom Waterpark was over capacity and entry was restricted. Thankfully, they were only allowing pre-booked guests to enter. Walk-ins were not permitted, but luckily, I had pre-booked through Klook and successfully gained entry. A tip for Korean visitors: during peak season, which lasts until at least October, be sure to book in advance.

After buying the klook ticket you still need to go to the ticketing at the door to exchange for a band for entrance and payments in the park. overall a nice experience in the park which is very well maintained and have very friendly staff. rides are very good too.

Due to traffic jam that day, we arrived at 3pm. The staff at the ticket office were very friendly and suggested that you deposit more money and bring it with you. If you don’t use it up, you can get a full refund. It's more cost-effective to rent a locker only after you can go in. You can bring towels from the hotel to wipe them with you. You don't need to rent them. A small locker can also fit a large beach bag. It feels lively inside, but it doesn't feel crowded. You only need to queue for a few minutes at each place. The staff are also very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to chat with you. There are many amusement facilities, and they also indicate the level of excitement. It is recommended that you play them step by step. The slides are very exciting, but I have only been to about two-thirds of the facilities. I can come a little earlier next time. Finally, I finished my food around 5:20pm and left. The smoothie and pancakes were good, but the Mie Goreng was too salty. I couldn’t finish it after a third of it. After closing at 6 o'clock, go to Discovery Mall and the beach behind to watch the sunset and listen to music performances. The atmosphere is also very good.

Visited Waterbom Bali with 4 pax last weekend. Came early, abit after 9am, there was no crowd. Staff were really friendly and welcoming! Got our family locker booked through Klook as well. Convenient to claim and hassle free 😍 The rides were really fun and exciting! Really enjoyed the waterpark. Had a scrumptions lunch at the Pork Free zone! 😍 Affordable and the portion is huge! Would definitely like to come back 😍

easy redemption and also to use the locker. it’s a fun day activity to take on the rides. lots of food options and fun rides and pools to chill at. definitely something to do as a couple or family and friends. can’t take in outside food and drinks but the staff is nice enough to keep them to collect after the activity. slap on the sunscreen and ready to take on some thrilling rides and chill by the pool bar for some delicious drinks.
