- Travelers should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the trip. Those under 2 years of age, 75 years of age or older, those with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hearing or vision impairments, those who should not travel long distances, those with pre-existing medical conditions, and those with physical disabilities are not suitable for participation. Any consequences resulting from concealment are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Scenic areas implement real-name ticket booking. Visitors enter the scenic area by scanning their ID cards, which should be carried at all times during the trip. The traveler is responsible for any losses caused by forgetting or losing the ID card, resulting in the inability to visit the scenic area or check into the hotel.
- The traveler is responsible for any personal, property, or itinerary losses caused by any public transportation. After departure, requests for tour cancellation will be refunded normally for expenses not incurred after negotiation. For itinerary changes caused by reasons not attributable to our company, our company will not compensate for the reduced portion, and the increased expenses shall be borne by the traveler.
- Before traveling, please understand the local weather and geographical conditions in advance, and please prepare commonly used warm clothing, heatstroke prevention, sunscreen, rain gear, and commonly used medicines. - Unauthorized departure from the group during the itinerary without negotiation will be regarded as a breach of contract by the traveler. The uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary waiver, and our company will no longer provide refunds and will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the traveler as a result. The travel agency is not responsible for safety issues that occur after leaving the group.
- Our company has purchased insurance for travelers during the itinerary. If a traveler has an accidental personal safety incident during the itinerary, our company will assist the traveler in applying for insurance services from the insurance company. The specific compensation amount is subject to the insurance policy of the insurance company.
