Departure Route & Schedule

Outbound Shuttle:

• Departure time: 08:00-14:00
• Approximately every 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. Please do not arrive at the last minute.
• No need to select a boarding point in advance. Simply go to the nearest meeting point on the day of departure.
• If there are few people at a single departure point, departures will be merged with other departure points. Please be aware of this!
• Free explanation of Pit 1, 2, and 3 of the Terracotta Army is provided with the shuttle. Please contact the staff on the shuttle if you need it arranged.

Return Shuttle:

• Departure time: 13:00-18:00
• Approximately every 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance. Please do not arrive at the last minute.
• Specific departure address for the return shuttle: [Navigate to “Through Train驿站”] About 50 meters behind the Qin Shi Huang statue in the Terracotta Army Scenic Area Square. Register on the second floor after seeing the Through Train 驿站 sign before boarding.
• The return shuttle will drop off passengers near the Bell and Drum Tower in Xi'an.

Precautions:

There are shopping venues in the scenic area, which are not our company’s contracted shopping shops. You are free to enter and exit. Please be cautious when shopping.

Seniors:

• Seniors aged 70 (inclusive) or above who book a trip must sign a "Health Certificate" with our company and be accompanied by a family member or friend (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or have restricted accommodation due to service capacity limitations) before traveling.
• Due to limited service capabilities, we are unable to accept bookings from tourists over the age of 81. Thank you for your understanding.
• Due to the different intensity of different itineraries, please ensure that you are healthy enough to travel. Please consult customer service for specific age restrictions.

Minors:

• Tourists under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a family member (excluding those who cannot be accommodated or have restricted accommodation due to service capacity limitations) to join the tour.

Patients, Pregnant Women, and Persons with Reduced Mobility:

• To ensure a smooth journey, please have a medical examination before departure. We are unable to accommodate passengers with serious illnesses (such as infectious, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, recovery period after major or medium-sized surgery) and pregnant women or persons with reduced mobility due to limited service capabilities.
