Atsushi Takahashi, who has gained experience at Kashiwaya Osaka Senriyama Main Store since 1996 and was the chef at the 2 Michelin star Kashiwaya Hong Kong (currently closed), will be designated as main chef at the Kashiwaya Kitashinchi branch. At the Kitashinchi branch, guests can enjoy the unique atmosphere of the counter seating while having a view of the cooking scenery that is not available at the main store.Experience Kashiwaya with counter style seating at the Kitashinchi branch.
