- If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation or rescheduling email notification will be sent 1-2 days before departure. The minimum number of participants is 4.
- In the event of inclement weather such as wind or blizzards, a decision will be made by 18:00 (6:00 PM) on the day before departure as to whether the tour will be cancelled. You will be notified via email thereafter.
- This activity is not recommended for tourists with the following conditions or others who should not be overstimulated: asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women.
- Skiing is a dangerous sport and is not suitable for infants, pregnant women, or the elderly.
- Skiing is a strenuous and dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance before departure.
- Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, latecomers will not be waited for.
- In the event of a collision with other tourists during skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication. Medical or compensation costs must be borne by yourself.
- For safety reasons, walking on the slopes with hand-held equipment is prohibited in the ski resort. Entry to the ski resort is prohibited without ski equipment; you are limited to resting in the dining area.
- For changes to reservation details/departure date/number of people, etc., within 72 hours of departure, a handling fee of JYP5000 per person will be charged. Please pay attention to the correct number of people and departure date before booking.
- Ski equipment must be reserved in advance. Changes to the package contents and requests for refunds cannot be accommodated on site.
- Please be sure to provide instant messaging contact information so that we can confirm notification before departure.
- No cancellations or refunds will be accepted within 48 hours of departure. Tickets are not included for travelers under the age of 3 and must be purchased on site.
- According to ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the gondola or use the slopes if you are not wearing skiwear. Please be aware.
- Lunch is not included in the tour. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or take care of it yourself at the ski resort.
- Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you.
