- Ski equipment does not include gloves, helmets, and goggles.
- Due to Japanese law stipulating that vehicles cannot be used for more than 10 hours, the tour guide will reduce the itinerary according to the actual travel situation of the day. Please be aware.
- We will send an email to guests between 18:00-22:00 the day before the trip to inform them of the tour guide and vehicle information for the next day. Please check it in time. - During peak tourist season or other special circumstances, the departure time of the itinerary may be earlier or slightly delayed (the specific departure time is subject to the email notification the day before the trip), so please prepare in advance.
- As the day trip is a shared ride, please do not be late at the meeting place or attractions. No refunds will be given for no-shows, and you will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after being late, as well as any associated costs and responsibilities.
- In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may delay or change the operating hours of the rides or show times without prior notice, or even cancel some of the operations and performances!

- The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather reasons, etc.), the tour guide may adjust the order of attractions in the itinerary after obtaining the consent of the guests, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary.

- During the group trip, you cannot leave the group early or leave the group midway. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given.
