Kyoto’s original small-group sushi-making experience.

This fully hands-on workshop is limited to just 8 guests and conducted in English, allowing for personal guidance and an interactive learning pace.

Led by a Japanese instructor, you’ll learn authentic sushi-making techniques — from properly seasoning rice to shaping nigiri and rolling maki — using premium fresh fish and carefully selected local ingredients.

The experience takes place in a beautifully restored traditional Kyoto townhouse adorned with commissioned artwork, providing a calm and refined setting for focused learning.
