Good to know
- [Number of people booking] For two-day tours that include a hotel, we arrange and price based on two people per room. If your travel party has an odd number of people, such as 3, 5, or 7, you will need to pay extra for a single room to cover the additional person. Thank you.
- [Notice for elderly and pregnant travelers] If the person booking is over 70 years old or pregnant, a waiver must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please note this in the "Special Requests" section when placing your order. We will send the agreement via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return a photo of the signed agreement in advance to complete the registration process.
- [Baggage allowance] Each traveler is allowed to bring one piece of luggage free of charge (recommended to be within the size of a carry-on). Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. If you bring luggage without prior notice (at least one day in advance), it may cause overcrowding in the vehicle and affect safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.
- [Notification time and method] We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before departure to inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information. The email may be misidentified as spam, so please check your spam folder. In peak season or under special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, with the last email received being the final confirmation.
- [Meeting and lateness instructions] This activity involves carpooling, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. There will be no waiting or refunds for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any resulting liability and expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Vehicle type and language information] We will arrange the vehicle type based on the number of people on the day, and we cannot specify the type of vehicle. You may be traveling in the same vehicle with guests who speak other languages. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Seasonal activity information] Seasonal limited-time activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snow scenes, light festivals, and festive events are susceptible to weather or other force majeure events. If no official cancellation notice is received, the trip will proceed as planned. No refunds will be given if the flowers or scenery are not as expected. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Departure time may be adjusted] During peak tourist season or under special circumstances, the departure time may be earlier or later. Please refer to the email notification the day before for the specific time, and please be prepared in advance.
- [Seating arrangement instructions] Seating arrangements for carpool trips are generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please note them when booking. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's on-site arrangement.
- [Itinerary order adjustment instructions] Due to Japan's strict control of operating vehicle usage time, the attractions, transportation, and stay times included in the itinerary will be arranged flexibly according to the conditions of the day. In the event of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will consult with the majority of the group and reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions. Thank you for your cooperation.
- [No departure from the group midway] The itinerary is a group tour activity, and departure from the group midway or unauthorized departure is not allowed. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and the fee will not be refunded. The individual is responsible for any risks or liabilities arising after leaving the group.
- [End time is for reference only] Because the itinerary involves a long drive, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. We recommend that you avoid arranging other activities on the day the itinerary ends. Our company will not be liable for compensation for any losses caused by delays.
