If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one received.
- [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional luggage exceeding this limit, you can pay 2000 Japanese Yen/piece to the driver/guide on-site. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the driver/guide has the right to refuse you entry into the vehicle and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- [Regarding Driver/Guide Service] Driver-cum-guide service: Exquisite small groups of 4-13 people; Driver + guide service: Bus tours of 14-45 people. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day. The driver-cum-guide primarily focuses on driving, with explanation as a secondary function.
- [Regarding Force Majeure] Depending on the daily traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd influence, the arrival time of each itinerary may vary. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide has the right to adjust and reduce the itinerary on-site. Please understand that we cannot accept requests for refunds based on this.
- [Regarding Lateness and Refunds] Because day tours are shared ride services, if you are late at the meeting point or attractions, we will not wait for you and no refund will be given. Please be aware of this.
- [Regarding Vehicle Type] Reference vehicle types: 5-8 seater vehicles: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater vehicles: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater vehicles: Mini bus; Vehicles with 22 seats or more: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, and the actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of people in the tour group on the day.
- [Regarding Maple Leaves] Due to climate change, the time when maple leaves turn red may be earlier or later than expected. Once the tour is confirmed, refunds or complaints about the itinerary will not be accepted on the grounds that the maple leaves are not yet red. Please be aware of this.
- [Regarding Flower Season] Flower season conditions may be earlier or later than expected due to weather conditions that year. In this situation, no refund of tour fees will be given.
- [Regarding End Time] Because the itinerary involves a long drive, the return arrival time may be affected by traffic or weather. It is recommended that you avoid scheduling other activities on the day the itinerary ends. The supplier will not be liable for compensation for losses incurred due to delays.
- [Regarding Meeting Point] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be given.
