Crossroads Buffet at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel

The food spread was worth the price. Great ambience, good food, and a lovely cappuccino to round it all off. Could not get through everything as my stomach space is a real limitation but my eyes certainly feasted.

Food are fresh and yummy. There are chief cooking too. All chefs and service staffs are friendly and approachable

Most are simple foods. Expensive food such as lobster take around 15-20 mins before they are being served to the table and at this price there was no oyster or ever sashimi serve so overall is just a so so buffet.

Despite the high price tag, i was deeply shocked by the lack of variety or premium items. There was no sashimi, no premium meat. The buffet spread was less than 12 dishes. For this price point you would expect minimally at least 20-30 dishes with premium dishes but I was greeted to mediocre and below average seafood , a very small cramped table. I would highly suggest visiting other buffet around the same price point for a better spread value for money. Will never return.
