What to expect
Begin with a guided walk through Tongin Market, a historic Seoul market offering a glimpse into everyday Korean life. Then return to Uaa Studio to cook three kimchi-based dishes using ingredients inspired by the market. First, make Baek Kimchi Rolls—a light, refreshing dish using white kimchi. Next, cook crispy, savory Kimchi Jeon, a comfort food staple. Finish with Kimchi Jjigae, a bold stew rooted in home cooking. Afterward, enjoy your meal with curated banchan, a beverage, and a dessert chosen daily by your instructor (not made in class). Vegetarian options are available throughout.

Located in Seochon Hanok Village near Gyeongbokgung Palace, our space blends traditional Korean design with a simple, modern atmosphere.
