- Guests are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle. A refill station is available onboard, and reusable souvenir bottles are available for a Gold Coin donation
- Snorkeling can be physically demanding. Not recommended for guests with medical conditions affected by physical activity. Please inform the operator in advance and complete the required waiver form before the tour
- EMC Reef tax charge is included
- GoPro and prescription masks are available for rent (Advance arrangement required)
- Morning tea and light refreshments are provided. Guests are welcome to bring additional snacks if needed
- Please note that Sealink (Passenger ferry) and Magnetic Island Ferries (Vehicle ferry) are different services with separate locations and schedules

Meet-up information
- If traveling with Magnetic Island Ferries (Vehicle ferry), please ensure your schedule allows sufficient time to arrive before the tour departure
- If traveling the Sealink Ferry, please take the 07:45 departure to arrive on time for the tour
- Meet your guide in front of Peppers Resort Restaurant (Nelly Bay), on the boardwalk near the ferry terminal. Look for the Aquascene A-frame sign—our team will escort you to the boat
