You can participate individually or experience it together with friends, family, partners, and colleagues. You will feel supported. During the treatment, you will be led to experience meditation, and then lie down to feel the deep rest of the body, mind and soul with the crystal singing bowl guided by meditation. Finally, tea will be prepared for everyone to share the feelings, and basic techniques will be taught to experience the singing bowl and feel the energy and connection of the sound frequency firsthand.
