I traveled with PaylessTurizm from Antalya to Cappadoccia. What seemed to be a joyous trip turned to be a disaster one when I was threatened by the guide upon arriving in Cappadoccia that they're gonna cancel my booking just because I booked the hot air balloon with another company. I believed they want me to book it with them but they are charging 40 eur more than what I got. They were asking people to pay, as well, even if they didn't get any services. And if you will pay by card, they wanted initially to charge additional 5% for the bank charges. They are very disorganized too. I was moved from one bus to another and back to the original one.
