- Please bring your original identification documents, mobile phone, light shoes, seasonal clothing. It is cool in Wuzhen in the morning and evening, so it is recommended to bring a jacket. If you plan to enjoy the hot springs during your two-day visit, please bring your own swimsuit;
- The only way the driver will contact you is by adding WeChat. Please include your WeChat ID or WeChat-bound phone number in the order remarks. The driver will contact you via WeChat before departure to confirm the departure time for the day.
- Gubei Water Town is a completely smoke-free scenic area. All rooms in the scenic area are non-smoking rooms. If you smoke in the room, an additional deep cleaning fee of 500 yuan per room will be charged.
- Please keep your valuables and self-prepared emergency medicines properly during the trip.
- The first admission ticket to a scenic spot refers to the first ticket charged by the scenic area for entry. It does not include separately charged small scenic spots within the area, or other fees that need to be charged separately within the scenic area. The Gubei Water Town scenic area ticket is included in the two-day tour package; one-day visitors are responsible for their own tickets. There are no preferential policies, and no ticket price difference refunds for special groups with valid documents!
- In case of delays due to transportation capacity, weather, malfunctions, etc., our company will do its best to coordinate and, if necessary, adjust the itinerary. Please cooperate and understand at that time.
- The check-out time is before 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Due to the cleaning time required after check-out, especially during holidays, the guaranteed check-in time is after 15:00 on the same day. You can have a meal first and then check in.
- The outbound and return journeys may not be with the same vehicle, but we will serve you with care.
- It takes about 30 minutes to process tickets and entry procedures at Gubei Water Town, but during peak tourist seasons, there may be long queues at travel agency counters, which will increase the processing time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We will assist you with entry and check-in procedures. During holidays, the waiting time may be longer, so please wait patiently.
- Luggage can be checked in to the hotel for free. Please be sure to bring your identification documents.
- The hotel in the itinerary is for double occupancy. If your travel party has an odd number of people, you must purchase a single room supplement at the same time so that we can arrange a room for you.
