Great spot for a weekday outing with a toddler. We brought our 2-year-old and it was perfect—clean, spacious, and not too crowded, so he could explore safely without being overwhelmed.

Service: Friendly and helpful staff, making the overall experience pleasant. Facilities: The play area is spacious, new, and well-maintained. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their playtime, and we will definitely visit again. However, one area that could be improved is the availability of drinking water. Currently, only carbonated beverages are sold, which is not an ideal option for children. Providing plain drinking water would be a great addition and would enhance the overall customer experience.

Had a great time at SKS City Mall Jungle Gym! The place is clean, spacious and has plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a great place for children to burn off some energy while parents can relax nearby. My child had lots of fun and definitely enjoyed the experience. Would recommend it for families looking for an indoor play area!
