• Please bring your actual passport. Copies, passport cards, or e-passports are not accepted.If you have an ARC (Alien Registration Card) or Military ID, they are acceptable. If you don’t have a valid ID, please inform us in advance
• The DMZ special tour operates only on Mondays, public holidays, or when the 3rd Tunnel and Dora Observatory are closed due to military or weather-related reasons. On the day of the tour, the itinerary may be adjusted depending on local conditions, and either the Signature Tour or Special Tour may be replaced with an available alternative without prior.
• The DMZ Special Tour does not operate on regular safety inspection days, which fall on the first Monday of March, June, September, and December
• On Mondays and public holidays, the North Korea Experience Hall visit will include a Q&A session with a tour guide instead of a North Korean defector
• If access to the Suspension Bridge and Gloucester Memorial Park is restricted on the day of the tour due to military operations or weather conditions, the itinerary will be adjusted to include a visit to the DMZ Peace Gondola, Odusan Unification Observatory or the War Memorial of Korea.
• Pickup times may vary depending on the season, day of the week, special events, or military conditions. The tour departs from three designated meeting points. Please note that the schedule is subject to change and may operate flexibly.
• Pick-up Time Information - Peak Season(early March to early June, late August to early January) : 06:20 AM – 06:50 AM and Off-Peak Season(mid-June to mid-August, mid-January to late February), Mondays, Public holidays : 07:20 AM – 07:50 AM

Prohibitions & Limitations

• The activity is not recommended: high blood pressure / heart disease / other serious medical conditions
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• The following items are prohibited: weapons of any kind / drones
• Pets are prohibited

• Recommended Shoes: Non-slip Walking Shoes (Example: These are comfortable, non-slip walking shoes suitable for daily use.)

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 5 minutes or more

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• Children aged 3-10 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children aged 11+ will be charged the same rate as adults
