Dear Klook ear Klook I would like to request a full refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee. The experience was very different from what was advertised. The driver picked us up at 7:30 PM but spent about 1.5 hours collecting around 12 passengers, which made me very sick and I vomited during the journey. We arrived at Land of Legends at about 9:00 PM. The booking included an English-speaking guide, but the driver told us the guide was on leave and there was no guide at all. We were left without any explanation or assistance in the large venue and had to sit in one place until 11:30 PM. The advertised return time was 10:00–10:30 PM, but we reached our hotel at around 1:00 AM. We were exhausted and the hotel restaurant was closed. This was a very stressful experience and the service did not match the advertised tour. I request a full refund.
