- Accommodation: All quotes are based on 1 person per bed. Very few hotels along the Daocheng Yading route offer extra beds or triple rooms. If the number of travelers is odd, the tour guide will arrange room sharing in the same room after boarding, based on the single occupancy situation in the group and with the consent of the travelers sharing the room. If a single male or female traveler cannot find a roommate, a single room supplement will be required for one person to stay in a room alone. Single travelers should pay the single room supplement in advance when registering or pay it on the spot after boarding. Hotel accommodation requires the presentation of identification, so please be sure to bring your ID card, otherwise you will be responsible for all consequences.
- Although this activity does not require a certain level of physical fitness, it is at a high altitude. Please do not participate if you are too weak or have a medical condition. Pay attention to safety, follow the guide's arrangements throughout the entire trip, and strictly avoid being late, taking unauthorized adventurous actions, or leaving the group. You will be responsible for any consequences.
- Conditions in Tibetan areas are limited, and accommodation standards cannot be compared with those in cities. For environmental protection, it is recommended to bring your own toiletries. Check the room's supplies when entering the room. If any supplies are missing, please notify the attendant immediately. Please take care of the items in the room according to the hotel's requirements. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the hotel's regulations before checking out.
- The travel agency does not assume guardianship/custodial rights over tourists. Tourists must take care of their own valuables.
- In the event of delays or other excess expenses caused by force majeure factors (such as government actions, weather disasters, road repairs, landslides, flight delays/cancellations, traffic control, vehicle breakdowns, etc.), our company will not be responsible. - Without reducing the main attractions, the tour leader has the right to adjust the order of the attractions based on factors such as weather, flights, traffic, season, and peak season crowds.

- Please pay the full tour fee before departure. If a tourist cancels the contract before the start of the trip, the necessary fees will be deducted according to the following standards: 29-7 days before the start of the trip, 5% of the total tour fee will be deducted; 7-5 days before the start of the trip, 20% of the total tour fee will be deducted; 4-3 days before the start of the trip, 50% of the total tour fee will be deducted; 2 days before the start of the trip, 60% of the total tour fee will be deducted; 1 day before the start of the trip, 80% of the total tour fee will be deducted; No show on the day of departure/early departure during the trip, 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted.
- Along the way, small shops, supermarkets, tourist souvenirs, handicrafts, and local specialties are sold in scenic spots, restaurants, toilets, water filling points, and high-altitude buffer zones. These are not within the scope of our company's additional shopping arrangements and are not controlled by our company. Please do not misunderstand.
- Lunch is not included in Daocheng Yading Scenic Area/Mugecuo Scenic Area/Hailuogou Scenic Area. Please prepare your own packed lunch in advance. The entire journey involves a long time on the bus, and it is also inconvenient to enter supermarkets, so please prepare more of your favorite snacks and drinks.
- On the 5th day of the trip, there may be a change of vehicles and guides depending on the specific number of people. Please be aware in advance.
- In order to protect the life and property safety of the majority of tourists and pilgrims, the Gongga Cuo to Five Color Sea and Milk Sea tourist areas will be temporarily closed from July 13, 2024, and the resumption time will be announced separately! The closed area is only the Five Color Sea and Milk Sea area within the Yading Scenic Area, which does not affect the tour of other attractions within the Yading Scenic Area!
- If there is road maintenance from Siguniang Mountain to Danba or a landslide in Danba, there may be temporary traffic control. If the road is blocked and cannot be passed, the alternate route will be taken: Chengdu - Luding - Wadan Road - Danba; The Shuangqiaogou scenic spot of Siguniang Mountain will be reduced (the subsequent itinerary will remain unchanged), and the ticket fee of 80 yuan/person will be refunded.
- The tour guide or car will notify the pick-up time and meeting place before 21:00 the night before departure. Please be sure to keep your phone line open and wait patiently. If you do not receive a notification during this period, please be sure to confirm with the registration customer service in time.
- All time arrangements in the itinerary are for reference only. The specific time is subject to the notification of the tour guide or car.
- Note: Vehicle damage fee of 600 yuan/person: If the position is cancelled after 16:00 on the day before departure, a vehicle damage fee will be charged.
- For groups of 12 people (inclusive) or less, 7-15 seater tourist vehicles will be used depending on the number of people. These are not nanny vans and there will be no tour guide.
