We booked Hunan Zhangjiajie 5-Day Comfort Tour. Our tour guide林温柔 was the best ever! Her deep knowledge, clear communication, and warm, approachable manner made the trip incredibly smooth, interesting and enjoyable. We managed to take a lot of nice photos with stunning scenery. Thanks to her excellent service. She is highly recommended.

Nice trip with great tour guard 阿军。But the itinerary is different from what is stated. short of a lunch as indicated for last day at Fenghuang old city. contacted the tour operator Sally. she is very helpful and responsive. she helped to apply for compensation but till now not refunded yet. I booked high speed train from Changsha to Zhangjiajie @10am. returned I booked 2pm from Fenghuang to CHANGSHA. the plan goes smoothly. All hotels are nice and clean. recommended. itinerary:

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Zhangjiajie and greatly enjoyed this 5-day tour package. It is greatly thanks to our guide Ah Xue who was excellent throughout. She is very nice, helpful and proactive. She really took care of all of us in the group. We have been able to visit the places that were on our wishlist. Although the weather was foggy and rainy, we discovered another charm to the various places that we visited. Also, thanks to our guide's recommendation, we did some additional activities at the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon which enhanced our travel experience. 😄 我和我妻子在张家界度过了美好的时光，非常享受这次五日游。非常感谢我们的导游阿薛 (来自公司 "途湘天下")，她全程都表现得非常出色。她非常友善、乐于助人、积极主动，把我们团里的每个人都照顾得无微不至。 我们成功地游览了我们心愿单上的所有景点。虽然天气阴雨多雾，但我们还是发现了这些景点的另一种魅力。此外，感谢导游的推荐，我们在张家界大峡谷参加了一些额外的活动，丰富了我们的旅行体验。😄

I made a mistake in booking this tour thinking that it is an English speaking tour, when I arrived, it's actually a Chinese speaking tour. it's not the fault of the tour guide, but Klook did not make it clear that this is a Chinese speaking tour. However, the tour guide was very accommodating and all the other people in the tour were very gracious of doing the translating for me. The itinerary was really good. Overall, even though I'm in the Chinese speaking tour, I didn't feel I was left out.

  • If the itinerary or the order of visiting attractions is adjusted, please follow the guide's arrangements. The attractions and standards will remain unchanged. Please be aware.
  • During free activities, there will be no driver or guide accompanying you. Please pay attention to your personal and property safety.
  • There are many monkeys in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please do not approach them closely, and do not touch wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury.
  • Please do not climb arbitrarily in the scenic area. After entering the scenic area, all transportation between attractions is provided by free eco-friendly vehicles within the scenic area. It is not a dedicated vehicle for each group. There are many tourists in the scenic area, so please be sure to meet at the location designated by the guide. Do not get separated, and do not leave your belongings on the eco-friendly vehicle. During peak season, there are many tourists, and queuing may occur. Please understand.
  • During peak season, Tianmen Mountain has a large flow of people. Queuing may occur during ticket checking and transfers. Please wait patiently, and the guide will arrange entry as soon as possible.
  • Due to the strict real-name ticketing system in Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, tourists must carry their original ID cards. Students over 18 years old must carry their student ID cards.
