When we reached the Macau border, the driver helped unload some of our bags and led us to the elevator, instructing us to take it down to the immigration checkpoint, where he would meet us on the Zhuhai side. The walk wasn't too far, and it was easy to pull our luggage. We waited in line for immigration, which took a reasonable amount of time. After passing through the scanner with our carry-on and checked bags, we exited the gate and found the driver waiting for us. He then escorted us to the car and we continued our journey to the Penguin Hotel. The vehicle was a large, clean car. It comfortably fit three 28-inch suitcases and one 25-inch suitcase by sliding the last row of seats forward. The driver was polite, drove well, respected traffic laws, and maintained an appropriate speed.
