Highly Recommended! 淳师傅 (our driver) and our trip coordinator 粥粥 made this Xinjiang trip absolutely unforgettable. 淳师傅 is a super steady and reliable driver. We felt completely safe even on Xinjiang's long, winding mountain roads. Along the way, he'd stop at scenic spots for photos, share local stories. The car is spotless and fresh. He also prepared yogurt drink, water, and tissues, such a lifesaver on long drives! He helped with luggage, reminded us about safety, and suggested extra layers when it got cold. Every detail was thoughtfully covered. Big plus: he's a passionate and dedicated photographer! He even captured amazing drone footage of us riding horses against Xinjiang's stunning scenery. Those aerial shots are absolute treasures! Our trip coordinator was equally great!Keeps sending detailed daily itineraries with weather and timing, and handling any questions or changes quickly and professionally. Everything was smooth and stress-free. the accommodation options are great.

Our first trip to Ili, Xinjiang, an eight-day, seven-night journey, has come to a perfect end. The scenery along the way was absolutely stunning, and the entire experience was fantastic. I sincerely thank Klook's travel consultant for planning the trip, and our tour leader Liu Zhou and concierge Yu Shan for their thoughtful care throughout! Our tour leader, Liu Zhou, was professional and meticulous. At each scenic spot, he provided detailed explanations of the local customs and culture. He even proactively took us to lesser-known attractions not on our itinerary, which led to many wonderful surprises. Every day, he prepared fresh fruit, including sweet and soft 'Old Man' melons, pre-cut and distributed to everyone – such heartwarming attention to detail. The distances between attractions in Xinjiang are long, with many winding mountain roads. Liu Zhou's driving skills were steady and experienced, earning a thousand thumbs up! We never felt tired even during long drives, and we felt completely safe the entire time. Our online concierge, Yu Shan, was also very responsible, providing daily updates on the next day's itinerary in advance and carefully reminding us about important travel considerations like clothing, sun protection, and road conditions. Both of them provided attentive companionship throughout the trip, making it worry-free and pleasant. This Ili trip was comfortable and unforgettable, and I highly recommend it!

The itinerary arranged for this trip was truly classic, ensuring ample time to fully experience all the highlights rather than just rushing through, while also avoiding backtracking. It proved that departing in mid-May, with good weather, the stunning glacier lakes and grasslands along the way make the trip absolutely worthwhile. Special thanks for the entire journey go to our driver and tour leader, Li Jiandong. Despite his youth, he meticulously cared for every aspect of the trip and every group member. His driving was exceptionally steady, and his self-prepared pour-over coffee added a delightful surprise to our travels. Thanks also to our concierge, Tingting, who proactively sent daily highlights of attractions, along with weather and clothing recommendations, and hotel information for the day – her attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this to anyone who dislikes planning but still demands a high-quality travel experience.

[September] This was my first time booking a group tour on my own. I went to Xinjiang with two friends. The itinerary was good, the scenery was stunningly beautiful, and the hotels were surprisingly nice. Highly recommend our driver, Little Ma. He was humorous and funny, had excellent driving skills, took great care of us, and even used his own camera to find good angles and take pictures for us, which he then sent to us.

My trip to Xinjiang has ended, and I absolutely have to give a huge, glowing review to my tour leader, Xiao Lu, and our concierge, Tingting! The best decision I made on this trip was finding such reliable leadership and excellent service. 📸 Regarding photography: Their skills are truly amazing! Not only do they know the best spots for photos, but they also excel at candid shots. All the pictures on my social media were taken by them, and they're absolutely stunning! 🚗 Regarding driving skills: Xinjiang has long distances, but driving with them felt incredibly safe and steady. They would proactively stop at scenic spots to let everyone take as many photos as they wanted. ❤️ Regarding service: They were incredibly thoughtful. The car was always stocked with water and snacks, and they reminded us daily about the weather and what to wear. They also proactively helped with luggage and looked after everyone. 🗺️ Regarding the itinerary: They know Xinjiang like the back of their hand. Where to find good food, fun activities, and how to avoid crowds – just ask them! Following their lead meant I didn't have to plan anything myself; I could just relax and enjoy the scenery! In short, traveling with them made the trip so reassuring and enjoyable. I highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Xinjiang!

This was my first group tour, and I was incredibly lucky to have Master Ma (Ma Kaiqiang) as both our excellent guide and driver. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned, allowing us to avoid crowds and all congested routes, giving us more time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Not only that, but he also took us to sample local delicacies. He was dedicated and responsible throughout the trip, looking after everyone like a personal butler. Beautiful Xinjiang, I hope to visit again!

Itinerary: Ili is vast and requires more than ten days for an in-depth tour. Accommodation: The accommodations were all very comfortable and clean; I was very satisfied! 👍 Tour Guide: Excellent driving skills! The recommended restaurants and activities were all fantastic! I especially loved the horseback riding at Narat! Attractions: Narat and Duku are definitely worth seeing in June!

Our family trip to Xinjiang has successfully concluded, and overall, we are quite satisfied. Any minor issues were promptly resolved. We had specific requirements for our driver-guide, as they would be with us for the entire journey. The local agency thoughtfully matched us with Master Ma Xing. He was diligent, responsible, an excellent driver, and had a pleasant and cheerful personality. Throughout the trip, he paid close attention to the needs of the elderly, children, and adults. After seven or eight days together, the children grew very fond of him, and we adults felt like we had gained a reliable friend. When we return to Xinjiang next season, we will definitely seek out Master Ma Xing again!

This trip was a great experience! The travel agency's airport transfers were safe and reliable, the hotels were clean and hygienic, and any itinerary changes were communicated promptly and handled appropriately. We saw so many beautiful sights in Xinjiang this time. The deep blue, clear Sayram Lake was incredibly therapeutic, making you want to lie by its shore all afternoon! The vast, endless grasslands made you want to run freely, with herds of cattle and sheep everywhere! We also experienced glaciers, forests, Uighur wedding customs, and bonfire parties. We even saw the impressive Tianshan Victory Tunnel during the trip... all of which left a lasting impression. Our driver, Master Wang, made this 8-day trip even better! He drove safely and smoothly, kept the journey full of laughter, and provided comprehensive introductions to all the attractions. He helped us and our fellow travelers from all over the country quickly immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery. He even took amazing photos for us and thoughtfully prepared fruits to refresh us.
