Premium Dimsum Buffet Dining Experience at La Vela Saigon Hotel

The view was beautiful. The service was excellent. And the food was superb. Well, except for one, in my opinion, lol. The fish maw soup. But it's just not to taste, other people might love it tho.

Although it's a 5-star hotel, the restaurant isn't luxurious. However, the variety of food is extensive, and the flavors are diverse. It was quite absurd when they brought the dim sum bowls directly to the table without a coaster, causing the table to get wet. This definitely needs improvement.

Delicious food. Price is reasonable for the quality and quantity. The place is so beautiful, with great city view.

This Chinese restaurant is located on the 25th floor of the La Vela Hotel. They offer an all-you-can-eat buffet style, with small portions that are perfect for solo diners. Steamed dumplings, xiaolongbao, and shumai were served in portions of three pieces per plate. The noodles are also served in small bowls, so larger groups can order a variety of dishes to their liking. I was too full to try dessert, but the menu had some delicious-looking photos. Drinks are not included in the price, but are ordered separately. A small bottle of beer was surprisingly cheaper than other non-alcoholic drinks, so I thought the prices were reasonable. This restaurant is perfect for those who are tired of Vietnamese food or are having trouble choosing a restaurant when dining alone.

Full of food, some delicious dishes like chicken feet with soy sauce, char siu are okie, various types of meatballs are okie... Shrimp tofu skin is soaked in a lot of oil, fried pork belly skin is very salty. Lotus seed longan sweet soup, red dates longan, tofu is ok to eat. Prices are okie. Drinks range from 80K to 135K excluding service charge and tax

This is a dim sum buffet, but instead of getting the food yourself, you order what you want from the staff. It’s clean and hygienic, not too crowded, with a great ambiance and beautiful views. They offer a wide variety of dumplings and desserts, and every dim sum dish is exquisite and delicious. Definitely worth a try.

This time in Ho Chi Minh City, we visited this restaurant again for dim sum. My family all said it was delicious, but this time the food was a bit on the salty side.
