According to the requirements of the scenic area, tourists must present the original of their valid ID card for verification when the tour guide purchases tickets in order to enjoy the group preferential tickets. If the tourist is unable to provide or provides incorrect information due to their own reasons, the tourist must pay a ticket difference of 108 yuan/person on the spot.
- Regarding refunds for concessionary documents: If tourists hold concessionary documents, please inform the tour guide in advance before purchasing tickets in order to enjoy the concession. Chiyou Jiuli City tickets are purchased in bulk by the travel agency, and no refunds are offered for any documents. The validity of certificates for other scenic area tickets is subject to the actual situation.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the tour itinerary arranged by the travel agency and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend that tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists acting without authorization.
- If a tourist voluntarily leaves the group or changes the itinerary midway for personal reasons, it will be regarded as an automatic waiver. The travel agency will not be able to refund any fees, and the tourist will be responsible for other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
