this is a bit hassle because when we went to the exchange at the museum they didnt accept the qr on the klook app they needed the one sent to your email. a bit rowdy the staff but one lady helped us so it’s in the spam, so check your spam to be able to get the tickets.

What to say? If you are in Pisa, you are here for one main reason and it doesn't disappoint. Probably on of the most photographed towers in the world. The whole area is lovely and the cathedral is also a must. I would also strongly advice that you purchase a 5 euro ticket to walk along the city wall which not only offers different photo opportunities but also give a 3-4km walk through the city. Note: you pick up your ticket from the museum just across from the cathedral.

Convenient and fast. Booking in advance gives you peace of mind when you arrive. This ticket allows access to two places: the Leaning Tower and the adjacent Cathedral. All backpacks must be stored in a locker. To do so, select English, scan the QR code, and you will receive a card for your locker, which will then open. Put your belongings inside, close the locker, and you're good to go! (Don't forget to retrieve them later). Then, go see the tower if it's time. If not, wait in the waiting area. They will let you go up when it's almost time. Strong legs, keep going. The view is beautiful, I must say, but I was exhausted. When you come down, scan the QR code to use the restroom for free. Walk along the locker wall to get there. But if you don't have a ticket, the restroom costs 1 euro, and they only accept credit cards, no cash. Enjoy, everyone!

Amazing. You must turn in your voucher for a ticket at the museum. Then head over to the free cloak room to store your bags. FYI: you can bring your camera and sunglasses and water bottle up there. The views were breathtaking.

The e-voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. You must follow the detailed instructions at the bottom of the voucher and exchange it for a paper ticket with the staff at the counter inside the red brick building (museum) next to the Baptistery. Then, you can store your belongings in the yellow building next to the Leaning Tower before queuing up to ascend the tower and enjoy the panoramic views of Pisa. (The luggage storage area is located between the bookstore and the ticket office. You can scan your ticket for free storage. No bags of any size are allowed up the Leaning Tower.) The Cathedral itself can be visited for free, but you must first obtain a ticket at the ticket booth. The restrooms in the Piazza dei Miracoli can be used once for free with a paid ticket; subsequent uses cost one euro each.

Easy to collect tickets and enter without obstacles. Be aware that there are about 200 to almost 300 steps to climb, so those interested in visiting should pay attention to their physical strength.

The tickets need to exchange another physical tickets in the museum. It also included the W.C. and the lockers for all small bags. please don’t bring any large luggages the lockers is for small bags or backsack. The tower DONT allow any bags to be taken up so leave it in the locker.

little pricey bit is ok to go up, great views! Facilities are very conservatively ease for booking and no issues to enter. is a credible site to pick any tour. service is very good. Bit need to work more on the prices.
