reliable and easy to transact. messaged them via whatsapp with the photo of luggages and needed information as i left our luggages with our hotel reception. toldmy reception that Trip Easy will collect them for us. we were then updated with photos upon pick-up and delivery of our luggages between our hotels. definitely worth booking this. got added value on the convenience the time saved from bringing the liggages first to the hotel so we were able to head straight to other parta of our itinerary. highly recommended!

easy transaction. we used Trip Easy via Klook both ways Seoul-Busan then back. no problems on both times. i followed their instructions on the voucher about sending needed info and photo of luggages via whatsapp then they replied promptly. they then sent photo updates upon pickup and delivery of luggages. highly recommended as we were able to comfortably travel and even go elsewhere than bringing our luggages first to our hotel from the train ride.

The service was very dry concise. I messaged the company using what app, they responded quickly. I sent pictures and the hotel pick up slip. They sent me a picture when delivered to the hotel. This service made my life so much easier

Appreciated Klook’s responsive customer service, and driver provided updates upon luggage collection and delivery, which eased my concerns. You are required to provide Tripeasy (i) your (to be delivered to) destination hotel reservation number, which you may indicate in the delivery address. (ii) and photos of your luggage with hotel-assigned tag). It is also useful to inform your hotel front desk when the delivery guy is coming and what is his mobile number.

I was able to confirm delivery availability via LINE before booking, which made me feel at ease using the service. On the day of, all I had to do was drop off my luggage at the front desk before 10 AM and send a photo, and everything went smoothly. I requested delivery from Seoul to a hotel in Incheon, and I was surprised by how quickly it arrived, just after 2 PM. It's incredibly helpful that they handle deliveries to Incheon and Busan without any extra charge. I definitely want to use this service again on my next trip!

This is an awesome service and such a life saver!!!!! Just remember to read the instructions after booking this service :) I had heavy luggage that I had to carry from Seoul to Suwon and I didn’t want to carry it with me on the KTX to Suwon so I tried this out! It was the best decision ever! I wasn’t sure where to message them exactly so I just connected with them on WhatsApp and Line and they messaged me on both. I then left my bag at front desk and sent a photo of it to the tripeasy on both WhatsApp and line and they confirmed it before I left for the station. Around 12pm they messaged me with a photo that they picked it up and then by 130pm they messaged me saying that no one was by the hotel (they didn’t have a front desk) and that they just left it by the front door - they even left a photo :) Such an amazing service! 100 percent recommend!!!!!!

if you are travelling from seoul to busan with big luggages, this service is highly needed. hassle free, they will pick up your luggage from your hotel in seoul and deliver to your hotel in busan. Good service!❄️🫰

I used this service to send my bags from Busan to Seoul and it was incredibly easy. Booking was simple - I just sent my hotel details and pickup info, and they made it really clear what they needed. Pickup at my Busan hotel was prompt and they replied quickly when I confirmed the bags were ready. All suitcases arrived at my Seoul hotel in perfect condition, no scratches or damage at all. Not having to drag luggage on the KTX made the trip so much more relaxing. I’ll 100% use this again next time I travel between cities in Korea. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free transfer.

Our experience with this hotel to hotel luggage delivery service was incredible! They took the effort to send a confirmation text the day before collection and updated us the progress of our luggages on the day itself. Highly recommend this fuss free experience as we took a KTX train from seoul to busan luggage free and delivered to us at the hotel at 6pm!
