- Please understand that the performing artists may change due to various circumstances. Cancellations due to artist changes are not possible.
- Cancellations after booking confirmation will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that refunds are not possible.
- Seating will be decided on the day of the event. Please understand in advance that it is not possible to designate the section or seat number beforehand.
- Bringing food into the concert venue is prohibited (Water is permitted).
- Photography using telephoto cameras and video recording inside the concert venue are prohibited. Bag checks may be conducted before entering the venue.
- Neither Klook nor the organizer shall bear any responsibility for lost or stolen tickets after receipt (Tickets cannot be re-issued).
- Please ensure you bring the original passport or Alien Registration Card/Certificate of Foreign Nationality for every participant on the day of the event.
- This ticket is exclusively for foreigners (Koreans cannot make reservations).
- If a minor makes a reservation, it will be considered as having been made with parental permission.
