- We offer additional equipment rental services. Please inform us in advance in the remarks when booking. Reminder: The camp area prohibits the use of high-power appliances. If the camp's power supply is poor due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the consequences.

- For wooden house accommodations, each room is free to accommodate 1 small dog. A cleaning fee of $300/dog will be charged for the second dog (pets are not allowed on the bed, please bring your own sleeping mat).
- In order to maintain the accommodation quality and safety of the camp area, please do not bring large dogs into the camp area without authorization. The camp area reserves the right to refuse accommodation.
- In order to maintain the quality of accommodation, please check in according to the number of people specified in the campsite regulations. If you need to add people, please inform us at least three days before check-in. We also do not receive non-staying visitors into the camp area. (If the number of check-in people exceeds the number informed when booking, the camp owner will have the right to refuse, and the excess number of people will enter all areas of the tent and accommodation area.) Smoking is strictly prohibited. If smoking is found, you will be charged a minimum of US$100 in compensation.
- Pets are welcome. Each room is free to accommodate 1 small dog. Please maintain pet accommodation etiquette, bring your own floor mats, and do not allow pets on the bed. Please put pets on a leash or place them in an outdoor cage.
- Please do not delay check-out (before 11:00 am). If you delay check-out, compensation fees will be incurred.
- In order to maintain the accommodation quality of the camp area, outdoor barbecue activities must end before 10:00 pm. The camp owner has a self-occupied camp area. If you cannot cooperate, please do not book a room.
- If you check in late (after 6:00 pm), please call in advance to inform us. If you are late and do not call in advance to inform us, no refunds will be given and the campsite will not be reserved.
- For rented equipment or pre-ordered ingredients, please check them upon check-in on the same day. Due to limited manpower, temporary additions cannot be made afterwards.
- Please provide identity-related documents or passports for check-in upon check-in.
- It is forbidden to drink alcohol, chew betel nuts, set off firecrackers, use high-decibel audio equipment, and strictly prohibit rave parties, drug use, gambling, and gathering to cause trouble and other illegal activities. If found, the police will be called to handle the matter.
- In order to maintain environmental safety and quality, disposable barbecue grills and high-power appliances such as induction cookers and electric cookers are prohibited in the camp area. Please use elevated (30cm or more) charcoal or cassette-type barbecue equipment. If the entire camp area is tripped due to your negligence, you will be responsible for the consequences.
- It is forbidden to start a fire on the bare ground in the grassland camp area.
- The furniture, electrical appliances, decorations, utensils, etc. in the camp area are the property of the camp. If they are damaged or lost, please compensate accordingly. If there is any damage or unusable condition, please notify us in time so that we can prepare for the next guest.
- The camp area has ice-temperature hot water dispensers, public refrigerators, soup pots, chopsticks, plates, kitchen knives, cutting boards, bottle openers, etc. in the public area for your convenience. Please wash them after use and return them to their original locations. Each wooden house has a table with 2-4 chairs depending on the number of people staying.
- Please keep your personal valuables properly. We will not be responsible for any loss. Please forgive us.
