this was one of the best massages in Vietnam as the facility is clean and very professional! separate men/women change room with your own locker and key!! rare offering in VN. Our masseuses were excellent and they didn’t whisper or chatting with eachother or phone vibrating/ringing off the hook like you would normally experienced with other massage spas. Really appreciate the cleanliness and professionalism. keep up the good service and you’ll have clients keep on coming!

I liked the shop's atmosphere, and the facilities and service were good. The masseuse was also friendly and the pressure was good. I came with my family, and they were all satisfied. However, when getting a full body massage, they said that even if it's family, men and women are separated, but the communication wasn't clear, so I had to move rooms in the middle. After finishing, the after-shower dessert was good, and I received the massage before going to the airport. I appreciated them helping with my luggage.

The massage was relaxing and the environment was good, but some masseuses had poor attitudes. Firstly, because we had children with us, they wanted us to leave the children in the lobby, saying that children couldn't enter the room. This really worried the parents. After much negotiation, we were able to bring them into the room. To reiterate, the room was very spacious and large enough for the children to sit quietly. It's unclear why the masseuse was so insistent and their attitude was really bad. At the same group's location in Da Nang, I was able to bring my children into the room to sit quietly. I don't understand why this location is so difficult. Secondly, there were 8 of us and they insisted on giving us two male technicians. We repeatedly stated that we didn't want male technicians, but they ignored our request, which really made us feel bad. However, the customer service at this location is very helpful. They were able to answer my questions beforehand, and they were also able to store our luggage. Their attitude was very good and deserves praise.

Relaxing atmosphere overall. It was my first hair wash experience, so I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be really nice and calming. My partner also said he had one of the most relaxing massages he’s ever had here.

I initially went to the wrong location based on Google Maps and got lost, but thankfully the two locations were within a 10-minute distance. I received a shampoo service and they did a really refreshing job with their hands, and the scalp massage pressure was more refreshing than other places! Especially for women who find it bothersome to wash their hair, I recommend getting a shampoo massage while you're in Nha Trang...!

The environment is good, the whole process is very smooth, I chose the 90 mins hair washing service, but I really like the facial care part, it is very comfortable, the tiger stripes on the face are obviously lightened after the treatment, highly recommend, the technicians and reception are very nice, snacks are provided after the spa, I will re-book this room

Everyone felt comfortable, and the environment was nice. There were eight of us, and we all felt pretty good. The shampoo smelled great, but the only downside was there wasn't hot water for washing hair, which wasn't very enjoyable. Having warm water for washing hair would make it even better.
