Stay away! I booked a taxi through this site, but there was no driver at the airport. After I complained, I was told there had been a driver. But I had searched the entire airport, which was small. No one had a sign, and no one was from Klook. I had to send proof that I was even there. My money is gone. No refund. No attempt at compensation. Absolutely outrageous. I will never book with them again.
The car was very old, the interior was dirty and smelled of gasoline. The driver was driving extremely fast, which felt dangerous.
The driver never showed up! A complete rip-off! 😡😡😡😡😡. Support never found a solution.... avoid it at all costs! 😡😡😡
