  • 5-seater Vehicle: Toyota Camry or similar. Without child seats, it can accommodate up to 4 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized luggage.
  • 7-seater Vehicle: Toyota Sienna or similar. Without child seats, it can accommodate up to 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized luggage.
  • Luggage Details: Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm. Large luggage will be considered as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of passengers or luggage capacity is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the cost of not being able to board.
  • Important Notes
  • The total duration of the chartered service is 10 hours, or 8 hours if the start or end point is in a different location. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably in order to fully enjoy the attractions.
  • If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of CAD 50 per hour will be charged directly to the driver.
  • The departure time can be arranged according to the needs of the passengers. Please note: The driver will only speak Chinese or English, or can correspond in English using translation software.
  • Children and infants also occupy seats. A child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide up to 1 child safety seat. If you need to use it, please pay the child seat fee when booking.
  • The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used), please pay attention to it.
  • Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
  • Pick-up and drop-off points are in hotels or B&Bs in the Montreal city area (for pick-up and drop-off in different locations, please reserve empty driving time for the driver according to the actual situation or additional fees may apply).
