Gentle Reminder

• 5-seater vehicles: Toyota Camry or similar. If child seats are not used, the vehicle can carry a maximum of 4 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized luggage pieces.
• 7-seater vehicles: Toyota Sienna or similar. If child seats are not used, the vehicle can carry a maximum of 6 passengers (including children) + 2 standard-sized luggage pieces.
• Luggage details: "Standard luggage size: 36 cm x 25 cm x 53 cm. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces. If the maximum number of people or the allowed luggage capacity is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for any costs incurred due to the inability to travel.
• Important Notes
• The total duration of the chartered service is 10 hours, or 8 hours if the start or end point is in a different location. Service is available from 08:00 - 20:00. We recommend arranging your departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
• If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of USD 50 per hour for vehicles with 10 seats or less will be payable directly to the driver.
• Departure time can be arranged according to the needs of the passengers. Please note: The driver will only speak Chinese or English, or can correspond in English using translation software.
• Children and infants occupy the same seat as adults. A child safety seat occupies approximately 1.5 adult seats. The supplier can provide a maximum of 1 child safety seat. If you need to use one, please pay the child seat fee when booking.
• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided no later than 3 hours before the car is used), please pay attention to it.
• Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
• The pick-up and drop-off points are both hotels or B&Bs in the San Francisco city area (for pick-up and drop-off in different locations, please reserve driving time for the driver according to the actual situation or additional fees may apply).
