You have the flexibility to decide how long you want to stay at each location based on the package you chose. Keep in mind that parking fees, entrance fees to attractions, and toll fees need to be covered separately
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?
This car rental with driver includes hotel pick-up/drop-off service and an English and Filipino-speaking driver. As for exclusions, toll, and admission fees to attractions are not included. There are also extra charges that vary depending on the vehicle you choose. Take note that all exclusions are to be paid directly to your driver.

Additional information
- The vehicles are not stroller and wheelchair friendly. You can bring such equipment but they need to be folded and placed on the vehicle's compartment
- Please note: The operator/driver has the right to refuse service if the number of participants is more than the capacity of the vehicle. The customer will be required to book another car on the spot if they cannot be accommodated by the vehicle
- Child seats are available upon request

- PHP 1000 for Coasters to Miagao, San Joaquin, and Sta. Barbara
- PHP 1200 and PHP 1000 for Coasters if airport and/or wharf transfers are included
- Waiting Time Surcharge (Excess Hours):
- PHP 1000 for 1 hour
- PHP 1800 for 2 hours

To my relief, they were very responsive and accommodating—they reassured me right away and quickly arranged for our driver to come at the adjusted time. Our driver, Samuel, arrived just right in time and greeted us with a warm and polite demeanor. Throughout the ride, he was not only courteous but also very informative, sharing useful details along the way which made our trip more pleasant. What stood out most was his kindness and attentiveness. Since we were traveling with a senior, Samuel went out of his way to assist—helping with bags, ensuring comfort, and offering extra care that truly made a difference. His professionalism, patience, and genuine helpfulness turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very smooth and pleasant travel experience.
Our van tour was truly exceptional, largely due to our driver's incredible skill and thoughtful approach. He not only navigated every route with impressive safety and precision, but his suggestions for stops were absolutely perfect. sir Jovie was our tour guide for this trip. he waa very knowledgeable, energetic and was able to share tons of facts about Iloilo. he also took us to good food spots and churches. my 2 senior citizen parents whom I toured really enjoyed. he also drove very carefully! thank you Klook and sir Jovie!
Travelling with parents at the same time senior is quiet difficult. but with this rent a car, i would say that this is very convenient. Sobrang bait din ni Sir Bryan, kudos to him. sobrang knowledgeable when it comes to history in Iloilo, he’s not just a driver. Sya pa mismo mag pilit sa inyo puntahan every little places in iloilo city. Kahit na we have the tour straight from our early flight and we would want to have a rest na, he still make sure na mapakita samen kahit di kame bumaba sa van yung lahat ng must visit sa city. Kuya Bon was an excellent driver throughout our tour. He was very punctual, professional, and made sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. He was also friendly and approachable, always willing to assist and even share helpful tips about the places we visited. We would definitely recommend availing their agency again if given the chance.
