How long will we stay at each attraction?
The time spent at each attraction is completely up to you, as long as it’s within your reserved service hours. Feel free to adjust your schedule based on your preferences. The driver will coordinate with you on the day to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip. Please note that admission tickets are not included in the price — for more details, check the package description.
What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges?

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed?
The operator will provide the driver information via email one day before the travel departure date (KST).
What are the operation hours for this activity?
Service time is counted from the designated pick-up time.
Is there any surcharge if I start or end this activity outside of service hours?
If you start or end this activity outside of these hours, there will be a surcharge of KRW 20,000 per hour.
Where can I be picked up or dropped off?
Pick-up and drop-off are available anywhere in Jeju Island, including Jeju Airport and passenger ferry terminals. For airport transfer bookings, the fee may vary depending on whether the destination is within or outside Jeju City.

Surcharge table
- The service is available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- A supplementary fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for services used after 8:00 PM
- Additionally, if the reserved time is exceeded, an extra fee of 20,000 KRW per hour will apply
- For airport pick-up and drop-off services, the fee is based on the flight's arrival or departure time during the day

Can I plan a schedule mixing East, West, and South Jeju Island itineraries?
Yes, you can plan your itinerary anywhere in Jeju Island during the reserved time, and pick-up/drop-off services are available from any location.
Is a partial refund possible if I don't use the full reserved time?
No, there will be no partial refund if the reserved time is not fully used, even in cases of lateness due to the customer’s delay or if the driver has to wait longer.
Can I get a refund if the reservation is canceled due to bad weather?
If it is determined that the tour cannot be operated due to weather conditions, the reservation can be canceled, and a full refund will be provided.
Can I use only the airport pick-up and drop-off service without a Jeju tour?
Yes, it is possible to book only the airport pick-up and drop-off service. However, please note that unlike the tour service, the airport pick-up and drop-off service has different pricing depending on whether you are within Jeju City or outside.
How can I distinguish between Jeju City and outside Jeju City?
Areas within a 30-minute drive from the airport are considered Jeju City, while locations more than 30 minutes to 1 hour away (such as Hallim, Aewol, Hyeopjae, etc.) are considered outside Jeju City and are priced accordingly.
