DIY Plushy Workshop by OLO Studio in Penang

It was a new and fun experience for me. I brought my niece along, but honestly it’s enjoyable for all ages — it really brings out the kid in you (my niece was just my excuse!). There are plenty of plushie designs to choose from. You’re guided through the process of filling it with cotton, then you get to pick outfits and accessories for your plushie. This part really requires some creativity and is a lot of fun. At the end, you even get a birth certificate for your plushie where you can name it and fill in details like date of birth, hobby, height, and weight — a very cute touch. There’s also plenty of space for photo-taking. The plushie comes nicely packaged, making it convenient for gifting as well. Overall, a creative and enjoyable experience that I’d recommend for families, couples, or anyone who wants to do something a little different.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a fun time at Olo DIY Studio! The staff are super friendly, and everything in the studio is just so cute. I tried their DIY plushie activity, and it was creative and enjoyable—I loved being able to make my own plushie. On top of that, I got two free tokens for the toy catching machine, and guess what? I actually won the two toys I wanted! 😆 Overall, a really fun and memorable experience. Highly recommend it!

I love soft toys and this was my first time making my own! The staffs there were very helpful & attentive. enjoyed the freedom of choosing my own animal & the clothes I would like to match. I'll definitely go back again 😜

It was a great experience! A staff member from Olo Studio explained how the machine works and guided me through the cotton-filling process, offering advice along the way. For the stitching part, I was left to do it myself with a video tutorial, which was fine since I’m familiar with stitching, and the tutorial was clear. The most fun part was choosing clothes and accessories—I initially planned not to buy any, but I couldn’t resist once I saw them in person. Hehe. Overall, an exciting experience, though not the cheapest. I might come back for another baby! Hehe. I recommend visiting at 11 AM when they open, as it gets crowded in the afternoon.

experience: it was fun and getting us to know how actually a plushy can be done. instructor: Staff are nice and friendly, but because maybe because of peak hours, sometimes we need to wait for a staff to lead us on next step or just try to find our by ourself. But overall its really fun.

It was a fun and easy experience to do with friends and the staff was super helpful and nice! Note that you can choose more expensive plushies and add-on accessories by topping up money on top on the amount frm your chosen klook package!
