Shared City Transfers between Hat Yai and Koh Lipe

The transport company contacted us the day before our travel and provided us with information on the timing and procedures. The van came on time and it took about 2hours and 30 mins to reach the pier. We were the first pickup and they did another 2 other pickups after us. The driver stopped once for a 10 mins toilet break. The transport is relatively new and good air conditioning and ventilation. When we reached the pier, we have to go to the jolly shop to collect our passes and baggage tags. Then head to the pier and pay 220 baht per person (foreigners) for the National park and pier fees. The speed boat was hot, squeezy and crowded. It was not mentioned that we would make 2 detours before reaching ko lipe. There’s toilet on the first stop. Make sure you remember your speed boat number as there are several that stops there at the same timing. All in all it took about 5.5 hours for the entire journey.

company whatsapped the day before to confirm the pick up time. they were punctual with the pick up; van was at max capacity. took about 2 hours or so to get to pak bara pier, with one pee stop. speedboat ride was bumpy 😵‍💫. went during rainy season so that couldn’t be avoided but do prep motion sickness pills if weather is not great and you don’t do well with bumpy rides. but the ride back was smooth with great weather. couple of bumps and was much faster otw back. took 1 hour for a return as compared to 1.5 hours to koh lipe with gloomy weather. smooth and seamless experience! would book again 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

very convenient, the company arrange transportation from koh lipe and to hotel. the company will give a text a day before and give a detail guide on how to redeem speedboat ticket.

it was very easy no worries booking klook, it was a breeze very organized! from the hat yai airport then instructions was sent to the email very precise, someone was holding a car with our name, after that we went to the pier and the driver instructed us to go to the boat agency. and it was a breeze! would def get it again ☺️lucky that the van was only 4 of us

good services and was contacted by travel agent a day in advance to confirm logistics. driver was on time and the way to the island was all smooth.

Only departed at 8:45am from bus station vs 8:00am scheduled. Otherwise it was a pleasant ride and systematic in term of checkin at Pak Bara for ticket, etc. Lipe is amazing! Beautiful beaches all around.

We flew from Bangkok Airport to Hat Yai, and went to Koh Lipe the next morning. The journey was far away. We chose klook's minibus and boat package. When we went to pak bara pier, there was a special person to help you buy speedboat tickets. The boat finally drove for two hours. Arrived at Koh Lipe, great product.

experience was ok, customer service need to improvement as their instruction for the ticket collection given was not updated one.
