Notes on using tickets:

• This entertainment ticket has been approved for use by the Pingtung County Government Finance and Taxation Bureau on October 14, 2013. • This ticket is a valuable ticket, please keep it properly. If it is lost, damaged, punched, altered, defaced, photocopied or torn, it will be deemed invalid and will not be returned or reissued.
• This ticket is valid during the exhibition period (December 14, 2024 to April 6, 2025), and it will be deemed invalid if it is overdue
• The exhibition site only accepts refunds for tickets sold at on-site ticket booths. Complete and unused tickets, invoices, and credit card signatures must be attached.
• For ticket refund and exchange requests at the channel, please go to the original ticket purchase channel before April 6, 2025. Overdue tickets will not be processed. For refund and exchange procedures, please refer to the refund regulations of each channel.
• Children under 2 years old can enter for free. They must be accompanied by an adult with a ticket and relevant ID. If you do not bring ID, you will be judged as to whether you are over 90 centimeters. Age calculation method is based on the actual age on the day of the visit. *Those who are eligible for free tickets should take the initiative to present their IDs for verification by the service staff before entering. If they are not eligible, please purchase tickets based on their status; those who qualify for preferential treatment (preferential tickets, special discount tickets) cannot request partial refunds or refunds after entering with tickets. Notes for admission:

• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the venue; playing, chasing, smoking, chewing gum and betel nut are prohibited *Pets (except guide dogs), long-handled umbrellas, off-site drinks, off-site food and various dangerous goods are not allowed inside the venue.
• In order to maintain smooth circulation within the venue, please leave strollers and large luggage outside the exhibition venue. The organizer does not provide storage services and is not responsible for personal property losses. Please keep your belongings and valuables properly.
• There are no restrooms or trash cans in the exhibition hall. Please go to the surrounding area to use the restrooms before entering the venue.
• There is no barrier-free space in the exhibition hall. Wheelchair users will not be able to fully experience all exhibition areas. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• This exhibition is open for photography and video recording, but please respect the intellectual property rights of the exhibition and the copyright of the works. In order to protect the rights and interests of other people viewing the exhibition, the use of auxiliary equipment such as flash, tripods, and selfie sticks is prohibited to avoid disturbing other visitors.
• When entering for a visit, please follow the tour routes and staff instructions. When there are large crowds, control will be implemented. Please follow the staff instructions and wait in line to enter the venue.
• In order to maintain the quality and safety of the exhibition, some exhibition areas have time, frequency and number restrictions. Please follow the instructions of the on-site service staff to queue up and enter. If you end the experience or leave midway, please queue up again if you want to interact again.
• Please follow the operation and teaching demonstrations of the staff for each experience facility. If the facilities are damaged by operators without instructions, they will be required to compensate according to the price. Please carefully evaluate the physical condition of yourself and your children to participate in the experience. If an accident occurs during the process, please immediately Please contact the staff. The organizer will not be responsible for any injuries caused by improper behavior or failure to follow the instructions of the staff.
• If there is any damage to the exhibits, compensation must be based on the price; if the relevant regulations for the visit are not followed and there is no intention to improve after persuasion, the organizer has the right to ask to leave, and the ticket fee will not be refunded or compensated
• If you need to re-enter after leaving the venue, you can get a repeat-entry hand stamp at the exit of the exhibition venue and line up again with the hand stamp at the entrance. Entry and exit are limited to the exhibition hours on that day.
• Only go to the souvenir area to purchase goods. No additional tickets are required. You can enter the souvenir area directly from the exit. The number of admissions will be controlled based on the crowd flow during normal holidays (please follow the on-site announcement). We apologize for any inconvenience.
• If there are any changes to the exhibition business hours and regulations, please refer to the on-site or official fan club announcements. If there are any unsatisfied matters in the above matters, the organizer reserves the right to interpret the event.

Cancellation Policy

• Apply before the end of the exhibition (2025/4/6 23:59). Unredeemed vouchers can be refunded free of charge. Overdue vouchers will not be accepted.
