we're in dongdaemun and very convenient to go in pick up location. you can track the bus and very on time. our travel was smooth and comfortable. the bus driver will help you in your luggage or things.

Bus is spacious and seats are comfy. Pick-up the tickets at Incheon Airport T1 Arrival Hall. Bus stations are located near the ticket office. Prior boarding, they will put stickers with codes on your luggage so that yours won't get mixed up with others. You can claim yours once you show your claim stub with the same code in your luggage.

the bus came on time, but since my stop was in the middle of Myeongdong, allot some extra time as it will still pick up other passengers in multiple other stops. the seats are very very comfortable! i fell asleep as it was a lengthy trip, no traffic but the whole ride was almost 1.5hours, you can charge your phone, you can push the chair back for a more comfortable position, but unfortunately no wifi.

very smooth pickup. the location was about a 6 minute walk from my hotel so it wasn’t too bad. I left the hotel early just in case and the bus was already there waiting. he let me in early since it was freezing outside. he scanned the QR code then we were on our way

For late night buses, there's no staff to give you instructions. Just go there on the pick up spot (even there's literally no one there) and wait for the bus to arrive. At first it seems sketchy but it's legit.

easy to purchase and easy to use, might be a little tricky finding the airport stop if you’re not familair with the area. highly recommend checking to see which bus and which stop suits your hotel’s area for pickup and to check the website to get an idea of real time arrivals. give yourself extra time to get to the stop especially as you might find yourself walking a bit further than expected due to crosswalks/stairs

Airport bus is your bestfriend whenever you travel in Seoul korea :) Very efficient but affordable price. highly recommended :) the driver will assist you with your luggage so don't worry if you have a heavy luggage 😁

Very luxurious ride to The Plaza Hotel. From Terminal 1 Go to gate 4. Next to the gate is bus counter where you exchange the voucher for the bus. Make sure you get the right ticket as no exchange or refund. The lady at the counter did not understand my question about where to get the bus and she yelled bus ticket number at me. Go through gate 4 and find correct bus number. I went 3B4. There are signs indicating the bus pickup. I got 6701. The guy puts the luggage under the bus, he gives you a ticket for luggage. Get on bus give the driver the ticket. He rips off section he needs from ticket given from ticket office. Then choose a seat. It was the Olive young bus. Very comfortable bus and smooth ride.

The bus arrived at the hotel on time. Driver helped to load the luggages into the compartment below the bus. Just had to pass the QR codes for the driver to scan. Fast and smooth journey to the airport.
