ticket or wristbands retrieval process is smooth at the event. just that the box packages is finished when collecting at the venue. overall is superb, definitely will buy again through klook next time for same event.

The first time I went to participate, it was fun and the experience was great. The system will send a letter to inform you to register an account. It is convenient to redeem the bracelet on site, just use the QR code.

Amazing experience!! Redeeming the Klook vouchers were seamless. For the first time running EDC in Thailand, they did a pretty good job - instructions and signage were all fairly clear and easy to follow. The only thing was shuttle bus logistics on Day 1 was a mess - traffic jams were ridiculous and it took about 2.5 hours from Patong (we ended up getting off and getting Grab scooters; a lot of other people started walking) but they fixed it promptly on Day 2 by taking a different route and we got to the festival in 1 hour flat. I think future years will be a breeze as they fine tune these things even more.
