- Real-name ticket purchase is required, and tickets are for the purchaser's use only. Each visitor must present their purchase QR code or valid personal ID for verification when boarding and disembarking (the ID information must match the information provided when placing the order). Tickets become valid one hour after purchase; entry will not be permitted before this time. Return journeys are valid for 30 days after initial boarding. The time of the last ferry will be adjusted based on sea conditions; please refer to on-site information for details. Peak hours for boarding are 10:00-13:00, and peak hours for disembarking are 16:30-18:00. Please plan your visit accordingly to avoid peak times.

- Pets are not allowed in Xidao Scenic Area, and pets cannot board the boat to the island.
- Due to the impact of sea currents or weather conditions on the West Island ferry service, there may be instances where disembarkation is not possible. Please call in advance to inquire whether it is suitable to visit the island on the day of your trip. If attractions are not open to the public due to force majeure events such as typhoons, please register to apply for cancellation.
- We do not allow pregnant women, seniors over 70 years old, individuals with mobility or intellectual disabilities, those under the influence of alcohol or in poor mental condition, or others who are unsuitable for island visits (e.g., patients with heart disease or high blood pressure) to board the island. If you conceal your physical condition, the merchant and the scenic area will not be responsible for any consequences caused by your own physical factors during the island visit; all consequences shall be borne by the guest. If water activities are involved during your stay on the island, please be sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff and do not enter the water without authorization.
