West Island

Eligibility: Ages 18 (excluding) to 69 (including) years old (age calculated by birth date, based on date of travel)

Real-name ticket purchase is required, and tickets are for the purchaser's use only. Each visitor must present their purchase QR code or valid personal ID for verification when boarding and disembarking (the ID information must match the information provided when placing the order). Tickets become valid one hour after purchase; entry will not be permitted before this time. Return journeys are valid for 30 days after initial boarding. The time of the last ferry will be adjusted based on sea conditions; please refer to on-site information for details. Peak hours for boarding are 10:00-13:00, and peak hours for disembarking are 16:30-18:00. Please plan your visit accordingly to avoid peak times.

Please wait for your boat at Xiaoqi Port Pier. Boats depart on a rolling schedule. The sailing time is approximately 15-20 minutes. The last ferry (leaving the island) departs at 19:00. Business hours and island departure times are subject to change based on sea conditions, weather, and passenger flow. Please refer to real-time on-site announcements for the actual schedule.

Pets are not allowed in Xidao Scenic Area, and pets cannot board the boat to the island.

Due to the impact of sea currents or weather conditions on the West Island ferry service, there may be instances where disembarkation is not possible. Please call in advance to inquire whether it is suitable to visit the island on the day of your trip. If attractions are not open to the public due to force majeure events such as typhoons, please register to apply for cancellation.

We do not allow pregnant women, seniors over 70 years old, individuals with mobility or intellectual disabilities, those under the influence of alcohol or in poor mental condition, or others who are unsuitable for island visits (e.g., patients with heart disease or high blood pressure) to board the island. If you conceal your physical condition, the merchant and the scenic area will not be responsible for any consequences caused by your own physical factors during the island visit; all consequences shall be borne by the guest. If water activities are involved during your stay on the island, please be sure to follow the instructions of the on-site staff and do not enter the water without authorization.

For guests arriving by taxi or chartered vehicle, please inform your driver in advance that you have pre-booked tickets. Ticket usage within the scenic area is independent of the driver to avoid any issues.

The ferry ticket to the island is valid for single use only on the reserved date of use. If guests are staying on the island, the ferry for leaving the island can be used on the check-out date.

Wait for the ferry at Xiaoqi Port Pier, the journey is about 15 minutes.

The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Present "valid ID + e-voucher" for direct verification and use.

Each visitor must present their valid ID card for facial recognition ticket verification (the ID information must match the information provided when placing the order). Non-island resident visitors must board the island no later than 16:00, and the last departure ship is at 18:00 (subject to adjustment based on sea conditions; details are subject to the actual situation on-site).
