- By order of the Mexican government, it is mandatory to provide the following information for hot air balloon rides: name and surname, weight, and health conditions. In addition, please be advised that if you weigh more than 100 kilos, each additional kilo will incur an additional charge.
- Children must be at least 4 years old and have a height greater than 1.20 m to fly on the balloon.
- The maximum weight allowed per person to carry out the activity is 150 kg.
- Sandals, high heels, and flip-flops are not allowed.
- Backpacks, suitcases, bags, backpacks, or any bulky objects cannot go on the balloon with you.
- Selfie sticks nor any other object that remains outside the balloon's basket is not allowed.
- Start times vary depending on the year's season, which are from October to March and from April to September.
