Zhongshan Hilton Hotel Service: Service: A truly perfect 3-day, 2-night stay! My wife and I came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we are so grateful to Carina Xiao for surprising us with a complimentary upgrade to a high-floor room. She also immediately arranged for staff to decorate the room and deliver a cake, which was incredibly thoughtful! Carina was always smiling, friendly, polite, accommodating, and highly efficient. She definitely deserves praise! We also want to thank Sister Chen, who cleaned our room, for making it spotless and providing extra bottled water. Finally, we must commend Evan Zhuo Weijun, who delivered the cake, and Kiki, a restaurant staff member, for helping us take photos. We are very thankful for their assistance. We were extremely satisfied with both nights of our stay. The room was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the view was expansive, offering a panoramic sight of Zhongshan's beautiful scenery. The buffet breakfast and dinner on the third floor had a lovely ambiance, with a wide variety of delicious food. We highly recommend it to friends and family and will definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

The hotel room itself is quite large. It was upgraded because it was a birthday. You can enjoy the view of Lihe, Zhongshan East District while taking a bath. The buffet dinner starts from 1730 to 2130 in the evening. There are many varieties that you can taste slowly, such as garlic paste. The grilled oysters are big and plump, the Chinese and Western breakfasts are also good, there are a lot of freshly squeezed juices, the restaurant staff are very polite, the hotel is very lively, there are large shopping malls and foot bath shops, worth recommending

The price is affordable, the swimming pool is very clean, and there are free dry and wet steam. Although there is no massage, it is quite good. The soundproofing of the room is a little bad, which is a bit related to the large number of people that day. Don't miss the sunset on the 60th floor. It is worth squatting when the weather is good. There are many restaurant options. It is completely possible to stay in the hotel for a whole day.

This is my third time staying in this hotel. It is as good as always. Although the facilities in the room are getting old, it still maintains the quality of a five-star hotel. And I like to join the package that includes buffet the most, it is cost-effective.

Due to some minor accidents, the hotel upgraded the room to a round bathtub, which is very atmospheric and the scenery outside the window is very beautiful. The room is large and definitely worth the price.

This first time to Zhongshan drive really a bit far, almost two hours but the hotel's service value for money is quite good staff are very polite food quality buffet can also room a little far to thicken thick mattress is good 60th floor scenery is very beautiful and comfortable, like going to those Tokyo Tower

The hotel is located in the city center. Breakfast offers both Chinese and Western options with a wide variety of food. The dinner buffet is average, but overall, this was a pleasant trip. Serena at the front desk provided excellent service, quickly processed the check-in, and helped us arrange a late check-out. Downstairs is the Lee & Plaza, with many convenient restaurants. The hotel has a convenient location with a large shopping mall downstairs. The rooms are big, but the lighting is a bit dim. The buffet has many choices, and I would choose to stay here again next time.
