What to expect

This tour traces the steps of Claire and Jamie, exploring historic locations from ‘Outlander’ and immersing you in the love story.

Day 1 starts with a photo stop at Midhope Castle, the exterior of Lallybroch. Next, visit Blackness Castle, the "ship that never sailed," featured as Fort William. Continue to Doune Castle, known as Castle Leoch. Enjoy lunch in Callander, the ‘Gateway to the Highlands,’ then visit Glen Coe, seen in ‘Outlander’s’ opening credits. After a quick stop at Loch Ness, reach Inverness for an overnight stay.

Day 2 begins with Clava Cairns, the real-life Craigh Na Dun, and continues to Culloden, the 1746 battlefield. Visit the Highland Folk Museum, then head south to Falkland, exploring streets from ‘Outlander.’ The final stop is Culross, recognized as Cranesmuir. The tour concludes in Edinburgh
