Perhaps due to the rain, there were some obstacles in exchanging tickets, because it wasn't at the location in the file, and it was in a less conspicuous corner. I had to ask for directions all the way there. I suggest it would be much easier to find if you provide a picture of the route, or locate it at the entrance of the ticket office.

the galleries were great! the audio apps are good as well, but I ended up mostly not using them because I was going in a fast pace

Accademia Gallery and Uffizi Gallery in itself were very good. However, it took us some time to figure out where exactly the staff member was present. Due to it, we were delayed by 15-20mins to actually get the tickets. Later heard that 9AM is not allowed later and had to rush entry. So had to finish Accademia quickly (within 1hr) to run to Uffizi. At Uffizi as well, eventhough we had timed entry, we had to wait in line for long time to actually enter. So while booking this with 9AM slot for one & 11AM for another, first one will always be very rush. Hope they would have had little bit flexible option.
