The tour never took place. I was not notified by text or email and only found out it was cancelled after I called to ask where the driver was. I was told on the phone it was cancelled due to low sign-ups. I was advised the refund would take 3–4 business days, but I am still waiting for email confirmation. Very poor communication and disappointing experience.
