The Colosseum and Ancient Rome Guided Tour

Very good experience overall. The guided tour helped us skip the queues and saved a lot of time. As the site is very large (including Collosseum, Roman Forum and Palletine Hill), having a guide made it much easier to understand the key highlights in a clear and concise way. Note is important to bring passport as the entrance will check the ticket (which is issued by the agency based on booking name) and passport. Our guide was knowledgeable and engaging, and the meeting point at Crown Tours office was easy to find. Highly recommended.

The 2 hours + walk was quite insightful but you are unable to cover all. Just a few places and final destination will be the colosseum. It is good for the first timers. but if you are repeated visitor. best is to purchase your own tickets and explore more on your own.

Great tour guide which helped us through the entrance to the colosseum then towards palantine hill. He held up pictures to fill up some context in different parts of the colosseum and roman forum which really helped learning the history.

Matteo is a very friendly and professional tour guide. He took us on a three-hour tour, introducing us to the history, background, and architecture of the ancient Roman Empire. It was very spectacular and shocking, leaving a deep impression. I recommend today's itinerary to everyone.

It was easy to find the meeting point The guide was very good in explaining the history and information on the places coveted. Alot of walking for this tour. She regularly checked on the group to ensure all the group members (esp the senior folks) were ok.

the guide is simply captivating. could listen to him talk for days. also the staff are easily identified on site with their purple clothing. in total a few groups of 20 sth people turned up. they are organized and reliable.

Due to the US Israel Iran War started on 28 Feb, our flights were cancelled and we couldn't go on the tour as planned. While we tried to contact the tour agency to cancel and giving the reasons, we could not cancel it so we didn't managed to use the vouchers.
